· Act as a senior financial analyst and business partner for internal clients such as Merchandising, Stores, Advertising, Supply Chain, Property Development, Technology Services, Target India and Senior Management over two 18 month placements
· Significantly impact key business strategies by investigating and identifying the potential outcomes of strategic business initiatives and/or transactions, and make recommendations to Senior Leadership
· Provide insight to Senior Leadership on the goals, forecasts, and financial performance of individual business areas and the corporation, and influence strategic decisions.
· Interpret financial and operational performance to identify business risks and opportunities and collaborate with Senior Leadership to drive strategies
· Participate in specialized leadership development training exclusive to those in the FLDP and hone your leadership skills through the support of executive sponsors and mentors
Requirements
· Currently enrolled in final year of Business School, with 3 to 5 years of previous work experience
· Entrepreneurial spirit with strong analytical, decision-making, project management and organizational skills
· Outstanding communication and relationship-building aptitude
· Creative problem-solving and risk-taking skills
· Ability to balance strategic thinking and attention to detail
· Superior leadership skills with enthusiasm, initiative and a passion for results
