- Act as financial analyst and business partner for internal clients such as Merchandising, Stores, Advertising, Supply Chain, Property Development, Target India, and Technology Services.
- Drive multiple projects within various Finance teams by collaborating cross functionally, and utilizing forward-thinking solutions and innovative approaches
- Participate in specialized leadership development training exclusive to those in the MBA internship and work closely with a cohort group of peers.
- Hone your leadership skills through on the job assignments, the support of mentors, and onsite trainings
Requirements
- MBA in progress with 3 to 5 years of previous work experience
- Entrepreneurial spirit with strong analytical, decision-making, project management and organizational skills
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building aptitude
- Creative problem-solving and risk-taking skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking and attention to detail
- Superior leadership skills with enthusiasm, initiative and a passion for result
